Heirworth ("Heirworth," "we," "us") is a website operated by Anar Agency LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use heirworth.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@anaragency.com.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us. When you ask to be matched, we collect your name, email address and phone number. If you took the estate check first, your answers and result are stored with your request so the professional can prepare for your call.
- Your consent record. When you check the consent box we store the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We keep this for five years so we can show what you agreed to and when.
- The cost calculator runs entirely in your browser. The property values you enter are never transmitted to us, stored, or logged. They exist only on your device, only while the page is open.
- Technical and analytics data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data (IP address, browser type) to serve and secure the site, and we use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic.
- Advertising data. If you arrive from an advertisement, we and our advertising partners (such as Meta) may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to measure whether our advertising works and to reach people with similar interests. You can limit ad tracking through your browser and device settings.
How we use information

How we share information
We are paid by the professionals we match you with.Heirworth is a free service for you because the licensed professional we introduce you to compensates us. Under some state privacy laws, passing your contact details to them in exchange for that compensation counts as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We want you to know that up front rather than bury it.
We share your information with: the licensed professional we match you with, so they can contact you and conduct your consultation; service providers who operate parts of the site on our behalf (hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, consent verification), who may use it only to provide those services; and where required by law. We do not sell your information to data brokers, list sellers, or anyone other than the professional handling your request.
Your choices and rights
- You can decline text reminders, or reply STOP to end them.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@anaragency.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law.
- You can limit ad tracking via your browser's cookie controls and your device's advertising settings.
SMS / text messaging
- If you agree to receive text messages when booking a consultation, we may text you about that consultation: confirmations, reminders, and scheduling follow-ups (for example, rebooking after a missed call). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@anaragency.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.
- Your SMS opt-in consent and mobile number are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Retention and security
We keep booking information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use reputable providers with industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be flagged prominently on this page.
