Heirworth ("Heirworth," "we," "us") is a website operated by Anar Agency LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use heirworth.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@anaragency.com.
What we collect
- Booking information. When you schedule a consultation, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the booking questions. If you opt in to text reminders, your number is used for those messages.
- The cost calculator runs entirely in your browser. The property values you enter are never transmitted to us, stored, or logged. They exist only on your device, only while the page is open.
- Technical and analytics data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data (IP address, browser type) to serve and secure the site, and we use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic.
- Advertising data. If you arrive from an advertisement, we and our advertising partners (such as Meta) may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to measure whether our advertising works and to reach people with similar interests. You can limit ad tracking through your browser and device settings.
How we use information
- To schedule and conduct the consultation you request, including reminders.
- To connect you, at your request, with licensed professionals who can help with your planning.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: the licensed professionals you ask to be connected with (so they can conduct your consultation); service providers who operate parts of the site on our behalf (scheduling, hosting, analytics, advertising measurement), who may use it only to provide those services; and where required by law.
Your choices and rights
- You can decline text reminders, or reply STOP to end them.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@anaragency.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law.
- You can limit ad tracking via your browser's cookie controls and your device's advertising settings.
Retention and security
We keep booking information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use reputable providers with industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be flagged prominently on this page.
